New this year, participants may pick up bib numbers and t-shirts at the Rheem Shopping Center Starbuck's from 5:00pm to 6:30pm on July 3rd, the evening before the race.

All kiddies are led around the course by high school helpers and any speed is fine!

10 and under, 11-18, 19-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

5 mile run:
18 and under, 19-39, 40-49, 50-59,60-69, 70+
