Cougar Cross Country meets daily, Monday through Saturday, INCLUDING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, for practice sessions during the fall season.When school is in session and on Monday school holidays, practices begin at 3:30pm.

2012 SEASON COMPETITION SCHEDULE:Diablo Foothill Athletic League competitions are MANDATORY. Athletes must be available to participate in these competitions in order to participate in the 2012 Cougar Cross Country season.

Athletes should examine this schedule and think carefully about whether or not they can honor the commitment required to be a member of the Cougar Cross Country Team. While we are open to all levels of ability, we understand that the commitment required for participation may not accommodate everyone.
