Championships November 11, 2011
Cougar varsity athletes previewed the North Coast Section championship course at Hayward High School during the drizzly Friday holiday. Running in like ability groups, athletes executed a 40 minute "mystery" fartlek run consisting of 14 surges of various speeds and distances. The Montclair Taqueria offered post workout sustenance on the return trip. NCS

Athletes take a look back on their 2011 cross country season during post season workout interviews and senior speeches. Foot Locker West Regional Championships December 22, 2011 Four Campolindo harriers were named to the 2011 Bay Area News Group's All-Area Teams in Wednesday's edition of The Contra Costa Times. Leading the way, as they have done all season long, Thomas Joyce (12) and Carrie Verdon (12) toped the list as "Runners of the Year." Also selected were Vinson Compestine (12) and Megan McMillan (12), who each helped their respective squads to league and section titles.
