Cougars Wrap up Phase with Pool Work, Reflections on Strength, Fitness Training
The first five week training cycle of the fall finished up with Saturday morning's pool session. As usual, the preceding Friday run was book ended by general strength and mobility drills. In fact, nearly half the time Campo runners spend at most practices is devoted to these ancillary activities.
