For their distinguished service to their team and their sport, Haley Shipway (14) and Omid Boozarpour (14) were honored as "Coach Walsh Award" winners for the 2013 season at Thursday evening's ceremony, held in the Miramonte cafeteria. Dedicated to former Campolindo coach Chris Walsh, the award recognizes the athletes who demonstrate the greatest integrity, loyalty and love of the sport over their high school career. The season ending celebration also featured recognition of the Most Valuable and Most Improved Athletes for each division. Senior Chris Garvey (14) and Junior Sam Lee (15) shared the junior varsity boys' MVP distinction while newcomer Liz Timmons (16) received the Most Improved award from the junior varsity girls' squad.
